Why did you join the WBA?
I was introduced to the WBA through my board service with the sister organization, Women’s Bar Association Foundation. Shortly after joining the WBAF in 2012, I learned about the WBA and have been involved with both organizations, ever since.

What benefits have you seen from your membership?
I have learned a lot about the legal field from my sisters in the WBA. As a non-lawyer member, the programming that the Association has hosted over the years has helped me broaden my knowledge of the legal industry and has also allowed me to network with high caliber professionals, many of whom I now consider to be good friends.

Why do you think others should join?
The WBA is one of the most welcoming organizations I have had the pleasure to be a part of. I would recommend joining to get access to great thought leadership and programing, as well as high quality networking.

What are you doing/excited about now?
I am really excited for the WBA annual dinner this year. It will be the first time many of us have been able to get together since the pandemic (fingers crossed). I have missed the face to face interactions with members and the in person events.
