Why did you join the WBA?
I have been an active member of Women in Ediscovery DC and through WiE DC I learned great things about WBADC. I look forward to becoming part of the community with WBADC!
What benefits have you seen from your membership?
I have been paired up with my mentor, Amy Conway-Hatcher, through WBA. She has always been there whenever I had a question about career or building professional relationships. I also attended WBA virtual events and met many amazing fellow female professionals. I’m honored to be serving on the Community Projects committee where I get to continue to build my leadership skills.
Why do you think others should join?
Together, we are stronger. Finding a community is critical to our career success as well as personal happiness. Through WBA, you’ll find friends, mentors, future colleagues, and many more!
What are you excited about now?
I’m excited about creating a community presence for women in legal analytics. After experiencing first hand the impact of WBA and WiE DC, I’m looking forward to identifying opportunities to engage more female professionals who work in legal analytics.
